HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT STYLE I LIKE?

Before your eDesign starts you will fill out a Design Questionnaire and receive instructions for submitting the details of your room. The questionnaire will ask specific questions about your style and allows us to get to know you better!

You’ll have the choice to suggest specific stores you like to shop at, send us Pinterest board links, inspiration photos, or even take a style quiz if you’re unsure of your style.

It’s important that you submit a complete Design Questionnaire so that we can understand the best layout and vision for your space. You also have the opportunity to email us with any questions along the way!

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY eDesign?

You can choose your package right on our website! Your eDesign will start once we have received payment in full. Please follow the easy checkout process on our website once you have chosen your package and your eDesign process will begin with a Welcome email.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our eDesign packages range in cost from $800-1400. Please visit the ‘Choose Your Package’ page for details.

I HAVE AN OPEN FLOOR PLAN, DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE?

Each package will include the complete design and furnishings selection for one defined space. For example, if you’re open floor plan includes both a living and dining space, you would get to choose one of those spaces for your eDesign package. If you would like both spaces designed simultaneously, please add an additional package at checkout and both rooms will be completed together!

If you have questions or need clarification on your open floor plan please contact us (clientservices@nicolejocelyn.com) with photos, dimensions, and a floor plan sketch. We are happy to review your space and help you purchase the correct package(s).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINAL eDesign PACKAGE?

An eDesign typically takes 2-3 weeks to be completed. We will let you know upfront if that lead time has changed and we always stay in touch with updates along the way.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE “COMPLETE” PACKAGE?

Your complete eDesign package will include a floor plan with furnishings layout, mood board, design instructions, detailed shopping list and up to 2 revisions.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ITEMS YOU SPECIFY IN MY eDesign PACKAGE WILL FIT IN MY ROOM?

In the welcome email, you’ll receive detailed instructions for submitting accurate room measurements. It is very important to carefully and accurately follow these instructions when measuring your space.

Since we have never seen your space in person, we rely on this information to create your eDesign package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided. We strongly recommend double checking your measurements and contacting us if you need help!

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS, IS IT ALL ONLINE?

The entire eDesign process is done completely online and all communication is done via email. This makes it easy to track all correspondence and interaction. In special circumstances, we would happy to schedule a phone call if necessary.

HOW OFTEN CAN I REACH OUT TO YOU DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Anytime you have a question! We are committed to making sure you have a great experience and want to be sure all of your questions are answered.

WHAT MAKES eDesignDIFFERENT THAN OTHER INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES?

eDesign offers interior design services entirely online. This means you can design your space from the comfort of your home, your office, or even on-the-go. All you need is internet access! eDesign is a complete package where you’ll pay a one-time flat fee, per room. You will never pay hourly fees that traditional designers charge.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER MY eDesign IS COMPLETE?

We are happy to answer any questions or concerns for up to 30 days after your final design package is delivered. If you have questions after 30 days please send us a message at clientservices@nicolejocelyn.com.

CAN I ASK FOR CHANGES ONCE MY eDesign IS COMPLETE?

Yes, your eDesign package includes up to 2 revisions. We want to make sure that you absolutely love your new space! Please contact us up to 30 days from the time you receive your completed design to discuss any changes.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT SELECTED IN MY eDesign PACKAGE IS BACKORDERED OR NO LONGER AVAILABLE?

We understand that online product availability can be unpredictable. If we source a product that’s no longer available or on backorder just let us know and we’ll be happy to find another product for you!

WHAT DO I DO ONCE I RECEIVE MY COMPLETED eDesign PACKAGE?

You start shopping! The beauty of eDesign is that you can complete your room on your own schedule. If you need help along the way don’t hesitate to reach out within 30 days from when you receive your completed design and we can walk you through it.

HOW WILL I BE PURCHASING ITEMS SELECTED FOR ME IN MY eDesign PACKAGE?

Your completed eDesign package will include product links and shopping information so that you may purchase all of your items online.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY FINAL eDesign?

Don’t worry! Your satisfaction is our top priority. There are up to 2 revisions included in all eDesign packages.

CAN I STILL PURCHASE WITH YOU IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE US?

We are happy to work with clients from all around the world. However, please note that all items sourced for you will come from retailers within the United States and shipping costs may be higher.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you change your mind once the eDesign process has begun please contact us within 7 days from your purchase date to receive a full refund.

IF I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL eDesign PACKAGE IN THE FUTURE WILL YOU STILL HAVE MY PAST PROJECTS ON FILE SO THAT MY HOME IS COHESIVE?

We keep all designs on file for 5 years after you’ve received a completed package!
If it is past 5 years and you still have the package in your own files you may send it back to us with the measurements of your new space.
